How We Store Personal Information
Your personal information is stored securely with our website provider, our payment provider, and / or our cloud services provider. Access to your personal information is restricted to senior members of DWS, who are responsible for facilitating and maintaining our administrative operations.
Medical information and details of your next of kin are stored on paper forms, which we ask you to fill out and keep on your person when attending classes and / or events. We do not store this information ourselves and will only access it in the event of an unforeseen medical emergency.

Photography and Video
We use photographs and videos taken during classes and / or events to promote DWS. If you choose to attend any of our classes and / or events, you give your consent to have your photograph taken, and to be filmed. You also give your consent for these materials to be used by us for promotional purposes.
All photographic and video media material will belong to the person who captured them, as per UK copyright law.

Using the website
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
