ST. THOMAS, EXETER. A GRAND WRESTLING MATCH FOR 50 GUINEAS, AND A SILVER CUP, Added to the first prize, with the winner’s name engraved thereon, OPEN TO ALL ENGLAND, WILL take place in a field adjoining the St. Thomas Railway Station, commencing on MONDAY AUGUST 9th, 1869.

Efficient and impartial triers will be appointed to act with the committee. Play to commence each day at one o’clock precisely. Note: The winner would also receive a silver cup with their name engraved on it in addition to the first prize money.
