CORNWALL AND DEVON WRESTLING at Copenhagen House. In consequence of the unfavourable weather last week, Mr. Garratt, the spirited host of Copenhagen House, again gave prizes to be Wrested for last Monday, when some first-rate play was displayed, before a highly respectable and numerous company.

For the next round the first set-to was between the gigantic Gloyne, of Devon, and Bartle, a new man from Cornwall, when, after a splendid bout the monster was brought to mother earth. Gonninon and Kidd (a Guardsman) were the next pair, the tussle being in favour of the former. The following four were then left to play for the prizes: Bartle and Gonninon, and Hosgood and Dyer. The two first-named being the Victors, in the contest between Bartle and Hosgood for the first prize, the former soon cleverly placed his opponent hors de combat.

The prizes were awarded by Mr. F. Olver: first to Bartle (Cornwall), second to Hosgood (Devon), third to Gonninon (Cornwall), fourth to Dyer (Cornwall), and the fifth to Gloyne (Devon).
